All orders are processed within 3–7 business days and shipped via USPS.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, you will be notified by email or phone.

During the warmer months, our body butters are sensitive to heat and may melt in transit. We take special precautions to protect your products:

• Orders containing body butters will not be shipped at the end of the week to avoid sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
• Each order is carefully packed with insulated materials and ice packs for added protection.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, Jas Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
