• Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.
• Jas Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs.
• Once shipped, tracking information will be provided (if available).

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective. During hot months, it is imperative to retrieve your products immediately after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 48-hours of delivery at support@jasbeautybar.com.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product.
3. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
